Construction worker injured at 3 World Trade Center
Last Wednesday at the construction site for Three World Trade Center, a construction worker was critically injured. The 36-year-old worker was installing a steel beam 15 feet in the air when he lost his footing and fell to the ground.
The 15-foot slip and fall accident caused the construction worker to sustain severe injuries to his head, as well as to his hands. The man was transported to Bellevue Hospital and is listed in serious condition.
Earlier in the summer a similar construction accident took place at Four World Trade Center when a worker fell approximately five feet while working at the building. That accident involved the worker puncturing his side with a piece of metal.
